Group sing-alongs are good for the soul! There’s a 1925 silent film theater near us that still does an old timey sing-along with the organ before every show and I can never wipe the grin off my face during it, it just makes me so dang happy.

There's nothing like it. We are pack animals and doing stuff with others makes us happy. I think the big group singing in the second half of "We'll Meet Again" is a large part of why it was such a mega-hit. (Along with it being released in wartime, etc.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsM_VmN6ytk
